This Privacy Policy explains how Sport Court Designer ("we", "the App") handles your information. We have designed the App to minimize data collection.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All designs, configurations, and preferences you create in the App are stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers.
When you purchase a subscription or one-time unlock, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. We receive only the anonymized subscription status returned by Apple's StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment method, Apple ID, or any personally identifiable information.
Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's own policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App does not contain any analytics SDK, tracking library, advertising identifier access, or third-party cookies. No activity in the App is logged, analyzed, or shared with anyone.
The App may make network requests only to (a) validate subscription receipts with Apple, and (b) load optional embedded resources such as map tiles when a user chooses to import a satellite image. No personally identifiable data is sent in these requests.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete on our side. You may remove all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
